AGR's eco-trucks are on the spot in remoter areas for the collection of hazardous waste from private households. They carry out regular pick-up tours through the towns and districts of the Ruhr area, and provide a convenient and free way for households to get rid of problem waste. The following types of problem waste are accepted at the eco-trucks:
Old medicaments, old oil, car batteries, dispersion paints, paints and lacquers, plastic containers with residues, round cells, alkalines, residues from laboratories and chemicals, fluorescent tubes, solvents, metal containers with residues, oily wastes from workshops, pesticides, residues containing mercury, acids, spray cans, dry-cell batteries.
