Each time you access AGR mbH's website, a record will be stored in a log file. The data in the log file is not personal. As a result we cannot track which pages you accessed or which files you requested. Only the following data is stored in the log file:
- Name of the file requested
- Date and time of the request
- Data volume transferred
- Message reporting whether the request was successful
- IP address
This anonymous data is required principally for purposes of ensuring uninterrupted data traffic and to improve our internet site.


Personal data

In the case of enquiries, for example for purposes of requesting information material or making a job application, AGR mbH stores personal data solely to process your request, or until the permission to retain such data is revoked. Your data will not be passed on to third parties outside of the AGR group (unless AGR mbH is or becomes legally obliged to do so). Note: processing or using personal data that is collected for the purpose of providing teleservices or media services, for other purposes such as consulting, advertising, or market research, or for tailoring the provider's technical facilities to demand, is permitted only subject to your agreement (Section 3 II of the German Data Protection Law for Teleservices, TDDSG; Section 14 of tLegislation on Media Services, MDStV). Once permission has been granted, you can revoke this permission for the future at any time. You may grant and revoke this permission in writing or in electronic form.


Children and young persons

The AGR mbH web pages will not of course contain any material which will endanger children or young persons. At the same time parents and other persons responsible for the upbringing and supervision of children and young persons are advised to inform them about the care to be taken with internet contents and offers and to monitor the websites they visit. AGR mbH is not interested in the collection and use of personal data relating to children and young persons. If children and young persons request information material or provide personal data as part of a job application, the provisions outlined above under "Personal data" will apply. If children and young persons have provided data for the above purpose without the approval of the persons responsible for their upbringing, AGR mbH will immediately delete this data if requested to do so by such persons.

Any cookies that may be used on our Internet pages are session cookies that will be deleted by your browser when you log out.


Changes to this data protection declaration
