The RZR Herten II is one of the world's most modern waste incineration plants. The plant consists of 2 lines for burning commercial waste. Per year the two lines thermally processes approx. 300,000 tonnes of commercial waste. With its future-oriented technology the RZR plant comes well below the limits for emissions prescribed by law (17. BlmSchV).

- Drawing up complete waste disposal programmes, Consultation, taking of samples and analysis of waste
- Supply of electricity and district heating to the Herten public works department.
