For more than ten years the marus branch of KAKO-Kortmann GmbH has been providing a skilled service in the cleaning, maintenance, checking for leakage, repair and re-coating of oil and petrol separators, together with mobile waste water treatment on the spot using the patented marus process.
- Patented waste water cleaning on the spot using a mobile treatment facility (reduction of waste volumes by up to 80%). Re-use of cleaned water. Reduction of transport volumes.
- Expert maintenance of separator facilities in accordance with DIN 1999-100,
Measurement of oil and sludge layer thicknesses;
Checking the functioning of float mechanisms and alarm equipment, visual checking of water through-flow ahead of and behind the coalescence filter and cleaning the coalescence filter where necessary.
- Expert leak testing of separator facilities in accordance with DIN 1999-100 and DIN 1610;
Drawing up test reports with photographic documentation and suggestion for repairs.
- Repair and coating operations, replacement of floats and coalescence filter mats, ordering and fitting replacement parts.
- Provision of suction vehicles for the transport of liquid waste to disposal and re-utilisation facilities.
